Cancellations

We ask that at least a 48-hour notice is given to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to do so will result in a 100% charge of the service scheduled. 

Last minute schedule changes directly affect our team and their income. When there is a no-show or same day cancellation, it is difficult to get that spot filled. This leaves a team member without income for that appointment time. 

We understand that things happen but ask that if you know you’re unable to make an appointment, that you call to cancel/reschedule as soon as possible. This will allow our team members to fill that spot and get paid for that time. 

No-shows or same day cancellations will be required to keep a credit card on file to secure future appointments.

Late Guest
Accommodating a late guest is often impossible without disrupting every other guest’s schedule. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we will not be able to guarantee that your service will be performed and may result in a cancellation fee.
Child Etiquette
We strive to provide our guest with a relaxing experience. If your child needs to accompany you during your service, we ask that they are well behaved. Children not abiding by this will be asked to leave.
